Return and Refund Policy
Valid Reasons for Return:
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. You may return an item for a refund or replacement if it falls under any of the following categories:
- Damaged: Delivered product is physically destroyed or broken (e.g., cracked screen, chipped product).
- Defective: Delivered product is unable to function properly (e.g., won’t turn on, malfunctioning features).
- Incomplete: Delivered product is missing items or accessories listed in the product description.
- Incorrect: Delivered product is wrong size, color, model, or is a fake item.
- Expired: Delivered product has passed its expiration date.
- Not as Advertised: Delivered product does not match the product description or picture on our website.
- Size Mismatch: Delivered product does not fit (e.g., incorrect size for clothing).
Please Note: Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Record a video: Before opening the received package, record a video clearly showing the packaging, the unboxing process, and any damages, defects, or discrepancies.
- Contact us: Send us your video evidence along with your Order Number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Team assessment: Our team will assess the video and evidence to determine if your return request is valid.
- Approved return: If approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping label.
- Return the item: Ensure the item meets all return conditions (listed below) and send it back using the provided label.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
- Products that have been installed and used cannot be returned for a refund.
- If the installed product is within its warranty period and malfunctioning, it will be repaired or replaced as per the warranty policy of the product manufacturer or supplier. We cannot offer refunds for such products.
- The product must include all original tags, manuals, warranties, freebies, invoices, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.
- Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
- Clearly indicate your Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package.
Important notes:
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected, and the item will be returned to you.
- After three failed delivery attempts for rejected returns, the item will be scrapped, and no refund will be issued.
- Processing time for approved returns may vary depending on the type of return.
